★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These 2 girls are cheater and scammers. I have signed for the course of RM3.5k for 10 times ingrown. They gave me 3 times installments so I give a try. After I make all my payment now the shop shut down. Phones n text all disconnected. Really bad of them. Shameful thingy??????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For manicure, I took the offer for matte top gel manicure but the lady in the store asked me for 28RM extra for matte top gel which I refused. So they just put the normal gel color to my nails instead of the actual top gel manicure.
2. For pedicure, the reason we took the package was calluses removal which didn't happen at the first place. We wanted to have a good experience so my husband and I took two deals to do the pedicure and manicure and we feel cheated.
The reason they gave was- "Fave has strictly told us not to tell to the customer about no calluses removal beforehand". "Tell them only when they come to your shop". I found this statement really weird as this doesn't make any sense.
Also if as per SOP, calluses removal is not allowed, why it is not mentioned in the fave voucher itself. (Fave's fault here)
3. As many other Google reviewers rightly told, the nail studio lady is a scammer and tried to sell the fungal medicine for no reason to my husband for whopping 137RM.
When my husband told he will show to doctor first, she quickly changed her statement. She told "we will put strengthening liquid to nails to replace for the calluses removal" which AGAIN doesn't make any sense.
4. Ultimately we didn't get what we came for. We paid extra 5RM for the polythene here at the shop
5. Also in the fave, there was "massage with moisturising butter" mentioned which was not done as well as they mentioned SOP. Why Fave didn't update before in the voucher itself??? (Fave's fault here)
Along with the 2 vouchers that I bought from fave, I again paid extra 50RM for random stuffs that they did for us at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst nail salon i have ever been. i wanted to make appointment for my nails but they don't reply for days and the only reason i wanted to visit their salon was because i had placed a deposit of few hundreds for a package. This nail salon was run by 2 sisters who in fact claimed that they are not when i asked. how do i found out? since they did not reply my whatsapp, i had to go to their instagram to find for their owner's profile so that i can direct message them in person.
I finally managed to do my nails. Plain colour gel manicure cost me RM120. Today is the 3rd day after i had my nails. Guess what, it started to chip already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just redeem normal voucher package but she keep pushing me ingrown treatment. At the end she charged me additional 168/toe. (Ingrown gel) I will complaint to relevant departments to notice all customers don't go this shop anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! Don’t ever come here. It’s not worth your money at all. The manicurist are all rude and so unfriendly. Not helpful. Escaping from their duties with the word SOP. Told me no lotions and massages coz no skin touching during covid. Doesn’t make sense coz manicures and pedicures involve touching. What stupid logic and service is this. Very useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service is soooo lousy and the quality. She said rm250 for korean style manicure and end up I didnt see any special thing in her service. The workmanship was so poor and when i gv my feedback she said no one complaint before this. These two ladies are scammers! Charged me RM250 and manicure for RM20. For this quality.. is not even close to that price! Never come to this place again. Don't waste your time...even you desperate...dont ever try and come to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Fave voucher for gel mani and gel pedi. I was the first customer. So went I walked in I was given a transparent plastic to cover on the seat before I sat down. And I was told I'll be charged RM5 for that plastic and I agreed as it is just a safety precaution. While I was doing my treatment, 2 other guests walked in and they were not offered any plastic to cover on their seat before they sat down. It happened only to me. They are bloody racist. They did not do it to their own race, Chinese, But they did this to me because I am an Indian. On top of it, they charged me additional RM28 for hard gel color, I was told the Fave voucher only covers soft gel and not hard gel. I have not heard of such thing before. This place and service is totally terrible. Even her work was so poorly done. There were like bubbles on my nail - not a clean and tidy work!! I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste your time and money.
