★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, job done perfectly! Pedicure treatment was very good and they good in doing the remove callus, make your feet smooth. The place is clean and quiet and relax too. Convenient for those who want to shop and be pampered at the same time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular customer at the Empire Subang. I love the staffs there. Sadly in Publika outlet is quite disappointed. I have made a prior reservation before I came. Once I arrived I’v to wait 15 mins before the staff attend to me, done my payment I have been given a place. She scrub my feet and so on. Then I have to wait for nothing for 30 mins! Before another staff came to cut n trim my nails! 30 mins for nothing! The lady who scrub my feet just went off sitting in the front and the other who still doing the nail polishes to the customer has to do my nails after she’s done. And of course the new staff have to ask me what I want to do because the first one not even informed her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place with friendly and professional staff. The gel nail used is very good, shiny and long lasting. My nails don’t get damaged as it has been in other nails shops before. I strongly recommend Publika Nail Parlour.
