★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for fast and efficient then this is the place for you. Gel manicure starts at RM110 prior to nail art which is on the high side. Nail art is also not hand drawn but uses stickers which I suppose saves time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now. Granted, I don’t do my nails often but when I do, I would always frequent here.
I opted for the usual, halal manicure but it didn’t last long at all. In fact, it started peeling only after a few days. It did not gradually chip, it completely peeled off like a sticker. Completely ridiculous and inexcusable. By the end of the week, almost all of it were peeled off in chunks! When I called the place, I was hoping for a partial refund at the very least, but they only offered me an RM10 reimbursement, which is almost comical.
It was disappointing knowing that this is how they treated their customers. I stopped going there since, and I have now found another nail studio who charges me almost half the price with exponentially better service and treatment to their customers.

Nailsmith’s beauticians were attentive and gave some great ideas on the colours I wanted (I went for chrome pink and a mix of glittery bronze to blend it). They have a wide spread of nail art designs if you are into nail art. ?
Waxing and threading services are available here as well. Had the underarm and arm waxing - ??!
Service was impeccable. Beverages were served once I sat down to begin my self-pampering session. Will def be back again!
P/S: Kids sound-proof playroom is available for those who have kids ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative reviews are true about this place!! Wanted to do soemthing nice for my mum.. booked online, and I called to confirm for 2 pax.. and they mixed the appointment up and told us to wait an hour with a mere 10% appology discount ! Such a bad experience !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service , I called them month earlier in December 2020 to book for two pax for my wedding and they told me cannot, ask me to call back one week before. I had my reasons to call in advance because how can me as a bride remember all details few days before my wedding, and am calling in advance to set things that can be done now to be done now.
I got a sms notification reminding me about my appointment two days before appointment date, but I was lucky, 15 mins before my appointment I checked their instagram , to find out they were closed today for repairs.
Should I consider myself lucky for checking your social media just as my bridesmaid and were on the road instead of finding this out when we reach the front of the shop
I messaged them on IG and called both the shop number and a given mobile number, no pick up, no messages and no call backs. Up till today they still keep adding new posts and stories but cannot reply customer message back on instagram, especially for such screw up to ignore the message.
Why can't you call your customers to inform about cancellation?????? One vendor making things worse for the bridal party less than 24 hours before wedding
Terrible, will not go again and will not recommend to friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I booked for spa manicure & spa pedicure & french halal. When i reached there, i add on upper lip and underarm waxing. Both waxing was very rough, my upper lip have wounds from waxing. And all the design i showed for my french were rejected with excuse “need to use gel manicure, cannot use halal”. When in fact, some of the design i showed were design from their own IG and some designs I’ve done it with halal manicure at other saloon. Since i couldnt get any design I want, i cancelled my french. They were also rushing through it because they want to pack up and go back quickly. We were left at the cashier with one staff, ready with her handbag when we’re paying, and we saw how the others staff were rush and ran out to leave the saloon. I completely regretted choosing this place to prepare my nails for my reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, extremely professional service. Better to do a booking in advance though. Nice packages for frequent users. I use my package to treat my loved ones too sometimes and they love the ambience. Since its in Publika, there are ample of parking and if you don't mind the steep Premier parking rates, you can park right at the doorstep of Nailsmith.
