Which is test can be done online like the other company instead local test.They never thought about it and this show that kind of company,you know. Most wasted interview experience period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible interview experience. You will be required to sit and pass the iq test within a very short amount of time, if u failed the interview...u will be asked to leave and go home. This interview is more suitable for fresh grad and not experienced person who worked for many years. The HR personnel who admister the test do not look friendly at all. This company will remain in my blacklist for longggg time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sure the logical test will help to hire the right candidate or not. Even if asked the HR or whoever implement that test to do, I believe they also will find its difficult. It will be better to do test based on the relevant job skill so it will narrow down the experience and skill of the person whether suitable or not. At the same time it will be better if they could provide the status update no matter what it's the result to the candidate, so it can help the candidate to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The test that’s designed to closely choose the right candidate can’t basically figure out the right ones, due to number of reasons.
IQ test is hard and the time set is not really enough to think the person carefully .
Logic questions are based on programming skills which doesn’t have to do with your logic, it just depends on how strong your programming is .
You can only see the next questions if you have passed the IQ and logic Questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and took the test. the question was so difficult, and the question not related to job,even not single question about technical or job related, my bad luck i fail the exam,i don't know how the company can decide between the skills and knowledge with the IQ test. at least can call for the face to face interview.Here is different, once you fail in the test,you're not eligible to work.
But the office is nice, and the staff's are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable interview, aspect to write a function or answer in 10 to 14 minutes on each question. The way they did the test is like a JPJ test, around 6 people will be at the same room. After the 1 hour computer interview, if you not good enough they just said good bye and you are not able to do human interviews. This kind of test is suitable for fresh grad and not for experience programmers. The office environment look quite cramped and not as you seen on their photos. If you doesn't like to face the same issues please avoid this company.
