★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pets are good a bit pricy but compared to pet stores here is better overall experience was all right but they made us take off our shoes 2 hrs before closing time which was unprofessional and uncomfortable
edited: well to improve experience u can provide a few pairs of slippers for customers so that they’ll feel more comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon this shop while searching for good quality hamsters on Google. They sell great quality, home bred Syrian and dwarf hamsters. In the end, i bought 5 hamsters on 5 different occasions. Although pricey but rest assured that you’re getting healthy, active, and beautiful animals. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcome you in as if you’re a friend. The shop is clean and tidy with an area for pet grooming.
Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who’s looking for good quality hamsters, guinea pigs and pet supplies.
Will definitely come back again very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Maltese pup here. When we have five star hotel, this is a five star pet store. From the buying experience, qualities of pets, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of their shop. Although I think my pup’s price is at the higher end, I think I’m getting from proper and ethical breeders because my pup’s temperament is good from the start and not to mention her splendid qualities and health condition. The owners are also responsive in any follow-up questions. I look forward to bring my pup here for future grooming.
