★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Sent my puppy for a 2 nights stay. Terrible customer service from the lady. Was on the phone the whole time,kept giving snarky comments.When asked to use the washroom to wash hands she rudely said no.My puppy was also extremely dehydrated
