To all upcoming pets lover- Seriously, it was my first time comment on google review and i am not tat free to do so. But this is unacceptable really not acceptable at all. Which's how can anyone smoke inside the air conditions room while your lovely pets are all around there. If the shop owner have no HONESTY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. It's totally not RELIABLE I guess there's none of d pets owner's want to send their family (their lovely pets) at this place for suffer. Above is only my personal experience, for future im sure is no chances for them to earn my money and to those who's do found this review i hope that you could reconsider before you bring in your pets or u may walk in without ur pets once to feel if there's any improvement change. My 2 visit experience- 1st time visit tot of survey on pricing before i bring in my pets (1. Golden Retreiver * adult 2. Poodle *small size) When i step in that's both male n female was smoking inside (should be the owner i guess) the male uncle was attended to me. Me: how much is the cost of normal/ standard grooming for Golden Male Owner: whats the size Adult size Me: i showed him a size like one of their pet in the shop (in my mind never tot of a adult Golden have in much different sizes) Male Owner: asked his female owner inside "how much like this" Female Owner : 200 buck Me: I was shock by that (as usually i send them to Puchong for grooming Golden is only cost me 75MYR and Puder is at 35 MYR maybe it was regular price ). In the end i didn't choose to services there. And i went to near by pet store which 1 roll above Jalan Manis 1 (forgot their name, am sorry). They only cost me 135 myr for both f them in total with general grooming standard. Now 2nd visit where by i need to send my Golden to d VET next 2 store and i was planing to send my poodle for grooming as i can pick them up after work in the same time. Who knows this time the male owner attended to me again n my Poodle is with me i asked for grooming its my first time here *as i knew from them last time poodle is cost 35myr offer by him (in my mind)*. BUT then Surprise happened - male owner said my shot hair Puder hairs today is abit curly then they wanna charge me 60 myr. ( inconsistency of price judgement ) this is begin unprofessional So i leaved. reason why i come back to the same place ( the pet store is closed today and my golden is just next 2 store) end up i send my poodle back to alam damai vet shop they cost me 35 myr.

The male that came to us was smoking, even all the employees were smoking around the dogs. Also when we went in to groom our dogs, they said that they were "too small" and in the photo, there are many small dogs being groomed. The place looks nothing like the description it is very unhygienic and the place is very disorganised.

both owners male n female not professional as smoking inside the shop. pricing quoted by them ridiculous high. Normal grooming is 35 and full grooming up to 75 however their normal price can be 140-170. not very good impression when they serve you.
