β β β β β My cat have ulcer in his upper mouth. Been consult vet before and consume more than 2 months steroid also cannot recover. Getting worst and that vet mention need to do biopsy which will cause bigger injury on his ulcer or just like that, no cure.
After consult dr liong, she patiently explaint the causes due to allergy to some causes mostly food. Just inject 2 shots of steroid (1 week each), dont change cat food to avoid become another causes of this allergy, and now my cat is fully recover!
My cat hate consume pills and big challenge for me to keep feeding steroid. Long term medication also no good for my cat health too. Thanks dr liong for her professionalism and love towards pets and save my pet

β β β β β The clinic seems to have a strict policy not to serve anyone outside of their operation hours, even just a few minutes before or after the operation hours to collect medication only... if you want to visit, please go after 10am with an appointment.

β β β β β All our dogs that visited Dr. Leong and Dr. Joeanne were taken very good care, and only willing to be touched by Doctors from Philos.
Due to Covid, they tried their very best to schedule the appointments to reduce crowd and waiting time, which I appreciate and it makes my dogs less anxious with large crowds and dogs around.

β β β β β I want to thank Dr Liong and Dr Joanne the two friendly and knowledgeable vets for saving my cat ORANGE from serious kidney ailment. Thank you for saving my cat and giving me a second chance with Orange. Thanks to Vanessa and Dorothy and especially to Steven for feeding and looking after Orange for his many month stays at the clinic. Much appreciated. ORANGE thanked everyone at Philos for taking such good care of him.

β β β β β Their appointments can be quite full and is appointment based only. Personally will not recommend to come if your pet requires to be attended immediately (emergency situations). Do call and make your appointment first before going. Regular outpatient visits are good as the doctors here are very caring and actually listen to your petβs issues.
