Thanks for the sincere comment, next time instead of commenting here, it’s better to ask for the manager and told him or her what displeased you because we are currently lack of staff and everyone in kafe ngeteh tries their best to entertain every customer that came to our cafe. thank you and have a good day.
that's the whole idea google map having review column so everyone is free to review. it's an honest review, if I have an internal issue would resolve it internally and fast. Based on the review and feedback, you would know what are your shortcoming. It's a cruel world out there. Stay Safe!

Service unfortunately quite slow. They were juggling between dine in customers, food panda and take away customers. So you might end up just waiting which in my case for 30 minutes ?
