β β β β β Can you imagine that my mother request to cross the state border because my grandmother have an mri appointment at hospital ipoh. My grandmother have a kidney problem and requires her to go for mri. I even got the letter. the police who takes the call is f rude and you know what he said??
"tak boleh ke nenek tu naik grab ke teksi ke pergi check up?? are you even serious ??" will you ask your sick mom to go the hospital?
Dear police, u are a government servant and please act like one.
Is it so hard for you to say politely, maaf puan..saya memang tidak dapat bantu. is it so freakin hard?
I wish. I sincerely wish. One day you will be alone and alone because of your attitude.
or maybe, you are an low class attitude officers.
Because so far, I met a lot of awesome police officers.

β β β β β Efficient and fast service to apply cross district permit, a special counter set up for this. Can call in before hand, can walk in but make sure got all relevant documents including photostate IC, and reason must be really valid as well, with black and white stating appointment date etc. all officers are polite and kind but most important we must be polite to them as well.

β β β β β My visit to the Kajang Police station was to seek permission to cross state-lines and render medical assistance to my 90-year old Father. The experience was indeed very pleasant. It was awesome to engage with courteous, responsive and helpful police personnel at the entrance booth as well as in the office. On a related note, it is advisable to be as prepared as possible in terms of supporting documentation - such as a polite letter of request, copy of the ICs, and other supporting documents. It makes everyone's purpose and job easier. My heartfelt thanks to the courteous police personnel at Kajang District Police HQ.

β β β β β Called the number to ask about SOP. While I was talking (before finish) ,3 stars to the first lady who picked up the phone immediately just said sebentar and transfer me to another call. But 5 stars for the police guy answered friendly and polite.

β β β β β Parking is quite difficult to find and civilian vehicles are not allowed into station. Less than friendly staff, unless you're VIP, and still a strong smell of smoke coming from within the station.

β β β β β Bad service police station ever, slow motion and act bureachracy, lot of restrictions including prohibited short pans, skirt nor singlet, no officer on duty or on duty but just don't want serve you. Report an assidence case need 4 to 5 hours, everyone go eat dinner on 8pm to 11pm, and just keep people waiting with no sympathy nor consideration. It's really disappointed that they don't know what is the responsibility and professional on their job. Shameless to be a public servant.

β β β β β Went there to pass some documents to a sergeant today. I didn't know where Block B was, so I asked one of the officers. Not only was she rude and hostile, she didn't even answer my question properly. She just said, "Block A! Block B!" Like, what kind of answer is that??
Police officers are supposed to serve the people, not abuse your power act like a gangster to others.

β β β β β Called and asked for the operation hour for a certain service and was told it was from 9 to 5, prompt on the phone call service and nice tonal I must say but definitely one star for the police officer who's on duty near the main gate and the one who's seated in the booth for their ridiculed look and tonal to me when the timing they told me was 9 to 4 instead (arrived on 4.35pm approximately Monday and dressed in semi formal clothes). I grew up in this district and this is what I got, frontal public/essential service at such a attitude.
