★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just reached them thru A Phone Call. The 1st staff who picked up my call was a bit 'rushing', she was not listening to what i ask for. She is Rude. After the Rude staff linked me to one of the dept. I spoke to another RUDE female staff. She just hang up while i am speaking to her. I called for the 3rd time, thank god i spoke to the right and quite helpful male staff. MPKj, at least do a valuation of your staffsss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Yes. I know the current situation of Covid. Need to sanitize the counter. Like seriously in the middle of the business. A lot of people waiting here to renew license. No one at the counter. Already 1 hour!! Just closed the counter laaa!!! Easy!!! Other people no need to work. Your safety only important!! So selfish!!!

Just only the out looks upgraded, but the processing procedure is downgraded, just a normal application need to come for few times.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad, totally waste of tax payers for this mpkj. Call no pickup, after pickup and put on hold and never pickup again. This totally unacceptable. Why Malaysia is getting worst and worst, because this kind useless government servant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of these govt workers ride Mazda , Mercedes you'll wonder where they get their money from. But you do know in kajang the roads are teribad, traffic lights broken, traffic congested during peak hours,loopholes, dirty. ironically mostly educated professional lives here, I'm not sure which, whether they did complaint or their complaints deleted.Do some work please, you're paying sub con not doing it yourself anyway and with tax payers money, is 30 years not enough to do anything???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated this place 4* last year. Although there was a crowd but it was orderly. This year, the building has got a new look, very impressive, but I felt lost. Because the counter for cukai taksiran is not obvious. I need to ask around, key in HASIL to find the counter. Then I was fined for paying late while they stopped sending the bill with no proper notification. I understand they are transitioning to online payment and it is already available, but the public should be well notified. To cut the long story short, my fine was waived because I paid for the full year. Then I was given the flyer regarding the updates if the service in Mpkj. Wished I had received the flyer at home to have avoided this havoc
