The first day I came here, they were out of some menu items too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to chill in Cheras thats open till late! My currently favourite kakigori place ? there are many types of desserts and beverages to choose from. One thing to improve on is the bruleé on Uji Matcha Shaved Ice was a little too thick and it feels kinda greasy. Other desserts is pretty good!
Highly recommended Matcha Roll Cake filled with super yummy super rich matcha cream. Love the deco and most importantly, it is air-conditioned. They do accept e-wallet payments too (M2U QR & Touch & Go), bring your phone and you’re good to be here! Will definitely revisit! Nom nom nom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is so slow compared to Paramount and Gardens outlets. I waited half an hour and still waiting.
When my kakiyuki is finally ready, obviously it is smaller compared to what I had before, and even compared to the immitation kakiyuki on the display. At least shrinked to 75% only in portion. Very sad to see this. Unknowing customers will just accept it like that. Something is wrong. Charge same price but give lesser.
Went to counter to ask why the kakiyuki shrinked, and they changed for me. Hopefully they are ethical enough not to spit on my kakigori. Finger crossed.
Hope this doesn't happen anymore on my 2nd visit, else it's time to boycott Kakiyuki and go for other kakigori shops in town.
Dessert still taste good, just feel shouldn't be shortchanging customer, especially returning loyal customers.
(Update FEB2022: still the same, smaller than the fake display. Staff noted review here, but still the same smaller size. Maybe material cost increase, price not increased so need to reduce portion. Won't come to this outlet anymore ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The receptionist did not attend to us when we came in the store, had to be called out. Too busy watching tiktok I suppose.
We asked for Black Smores, he said it's out of stock made no eye contact and walked back in. Like he could not be bothered to handle customers.
Came back, and I asked him, "Do you have Tiramisu", he said "Okay, what else you want".
Isn't it common sense to answer my question with yes we have it or no we don't. This genius made an assumption and asked what else I want.
I made my order, got my order, they sprinkled chocolate dust and kakigori on the tissue together. Fantastic job. Because I love wiping my mouth with more chocolate.
I looked at the "Return" section, its filled with orders not cleaned. A customer left and rang the bell when he put his platter, no response of anyone clearing the food. I have photo evidence for this.
Kakigori that I know, cleans the "Return" platter, instead of allowing it to pile up. The Kakigori I know has great customer service.
Bring back the two girls that used to work there, this guy with round spectacles and Dragon Ball's Trunks hair-parting looks like he's dead inside and does not deserve to work in this place. Absolutely fails to uphold the values of Kakigori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location with ample parking spaces. Pretty store front, good spacing between tables. Happy that there is a Cheras branch! 5/5 shaved ice. Friendly staff! Lots of interesting dessert choices but didn’t get to try.
