★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The malay tudung staff so UNPROFFESIONAL. arguing with customers and so emotional. Do get ur staff to be trained well and be more ethical and no defensive towards customers. Whts wrong with apologising when the order was not there and request customer nicely to replace and reorder? Stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is smelly, indoor toilet smell, and the toilet are very dirty, outdoor they didn't follow SOP and allow customers smoking, when the sliding door open, smoke all going into indoor. Wonder what's the rating of this shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The steam chicken rice balls was not bad. They gave me balls instead buy still okay. The wanton mee don't order. That cost them a star as the service was good too. Prompt with no problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered ready-to-eat from grab, what i get is uncooked pau, hard as rock, dont even able tear with hands to check if inside cooked. I dont mind they just heat up the frozen1, but please did microwave the frozen food properly! Just wasting money as non of these are eatable (unless you have a tooth that able bite rock)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of guide when comes to online order. Should have a bigger notice to inform patron rather than as small notice on some of the table smaller than A5 size. The menu is not that friendly as need to spend sometime to search for the items.
Lack of ppl working so need to get someone from inside to tidy up the non air-conditioning section.
Food overall still acceptable as we have only ordered bread and egg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, the food at Old Town, used to be quite ok. I mean, you don't expect fantastic food from them. You go to Old Town basically to sembang sembang and drink Kopi with your friends....
But, the food really , the quality has gone down so much. You can't blame the each and individual cafe because all is Centralised Kitchen. So, I hope they don't skimp on the quality anymore, or they may end up as another Paparich....
