Due to MCO and couldn't cross border... Worried to a relative. So called to ward 5 (male) today.. Very polite and helpful operator and staffs nurse. Doctor attended to the call as well to explain patient condition and help to connect to patient so that we know that our relative is under good hands. Applause to the staff nurses and doctor. Thank you for being there even it is Raya time.

β β β β β Peaceful mainly due the size of the hospital. The smallest I've been at. On top of the hill make it feel like an exclusive hospital. An old building mostly made of wood, contributed to the cool temperature. The staff are friendly and courteous, rarely seen in government hospital. Only one doctor is on duty is the only downside, health ministry should allocate more doctor, at least two.

β β β β β The worst experience for my mom admitted here.
1. The doctor explanation about my mom was good and detail βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
2. Facilities donβt expect much for the village hospital but ok βοΈβοΈβοΈ
3. What make it worst because of the nurse here. Not all but most of the nurse here doesnβt have soft skills. Really bad attitude and doesnβt smile at all. Even we wearing a mask but we can see at eyes and i heard they talking bad about patient parents behind. Another one experience my mom got diabetes and stroke canβt sit. Laying for long time and ask nurse did they clean my mom back, and as i said i just ask but the reaction and they reply like i a kid also rise up voice.
I means come on u a nurse. Why kkm donβt train there nurse how to talk and react??? Really poor attitude as a nurse. Most of the nurse here !!

β β β β β very worst experience, the nurse and doctors are very rude and unprofessional. Although Iβm already getting sick, since not look serious, so they pretend like Iβm should not come here and get the treat. And yet already 11pm outside, Iβm didnβt have any choices ?
