★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Does not obey contract and tries to blame the tenant whenever there is a fault or problem. Stopped renting after 5 months. Unable to get one month out of two months deposit back despite stated in the contract. Please reconsider renting this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is bad. The staff are unfriendly as well, for the Malay staff they are okay, but for the two chinese staff in the office, especially the younger one, are terrible.
Wi-Fi are not available all the time, air conditioner are not working. Overpriced rental.
Not a great experience over here, will not recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap management. Been complaining about the need for an extra van for the shuttle service as the volume of students using the shuttle van exceeds it's 10 person capacity. Some rooms (mine included) doesn't have a personal electric meter, meaning electric bills can be split unfairly. Rooms are pricey, even the shuttle service is more expensive than other places(and they have better service).
