★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice n consider one of the heritage masjid in penang..but a strange thing when we perform prayer here, prostration is on the tiles instead on the carpet??..many newcomers to this masjid will confuse thinking the tiles indicated the saf@solat row...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and has aspacious prayer room. However, the toilet needs to be cleaned and check regularly. There were tissue and cotton pad left by irresponsible people on the sink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful mosque. Everybody can stop by here. Kind lady welcomed me and guided here all around. Just like a chartered personal guide! I had my scarf so she put me it with their style!! Nice!! She showed me inside and gave me detailed explanation. It was wonderful! They have a pamphlet written by various languages. It’s free so try to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful mosque and it is well managed for tourists to feel comfortable. Classic design with an old well at the side entrance. Parking might be slightly difficult to find but you can give a try. Free shuttle bus also available to reach here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another place of worship that I wish I can enter but due to the current pandemic, it was still closed to visitors last year when I visited the island. Still, I am glad I managed to take some good pics from the exterior. It will still be here when I return (hopefully sooner than I expect).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always my go to mosque. Big enough and the women’s prayer area is also big. Wudhuk area and toiley are clean too. You can buy kangkung at front and feed the cute rabbits at their lawn. The view at night is marvellous too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to escape to and spend time in solitude. A much loved saintly scholar, its former Imam, Almarhum Al Hafiz Shaykh Datuk Abdullah AlBukhari who passed away on 9 Jan 2022 was buried at Maqam Nordin within the mosque's compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid with beautitul design. It's quite artistic and aesthetic. Must visit when you're in Georgetown area, Penang. Best visit during normal Dzuhur prayer time. Can experience prayer with locals then explore it by taking pictures inside.
