★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem with some SA, when they work in a luxury or not so luxury brand (as Kate Spade) they think so highly of themselves and feel entitled to judge and be bloody rude to customers. Exactly what I experienced this morning when I walked into Kate Spade The Gardens. Even with the mask on, anyone could tell the attitude of ANA. Her action later, was worse! She needs to get off her high horse. That sums up what kind of employee she is. Perhaps, take the initiative to go to Longchamp, which is just next door (only a few steps ANA) and learn a thing or two from the fantastic staffs there, of basic customer service, which you’re clearly lacking. That’s a good start I reckon, don’t you? Also, saying sorry after I called you out just doesn’t cut it.
One suggestion to the management- If we customers aren’t allowed to touch the displayed clothes, as if we’re going to soil them, put up a sign. It’ll help greatly.
