★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no fixed price for grooming. They put range so it is easier for them to rate based on their preferences and yet still expensive compared to other professional groomers. The groomer didn't reply my WhatsApp and just simply asked me to walk-in. I was suggested to leave the cats overnight which no other pet owner will do that even for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ both my cat's toes are injured . my cat wouldn't harm anyone or anything not even when its mad . he loves people . idk how harsh of treatment you gave to him , he even draw back from being touch by you . hes never done that to anyone . he's traumatized and trembling .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for boarding services during CNY 2020. I booked the studio for 3 days. On the day I'm going to pick up my fury kid, I saw she was in the small cage meowing so loud. I don't even caged my cat at home ya. Instead, you guys should CALL ME FIRST before 'transfer' my cat into the cage, as I paid full RM165 for 3 days. To be honest, I lost words. Luckily one of the staff return back my RM50. Hope you all can improve regarding this matter. Wish you luck ?
