Very unrequited ... employees are very rude ... all staff wear facemasks ... very rude ... people come to ask for treatment but I want to be angry ... very² unsatisfactory ...

Selama harini dtg check nama ade je my cards but lastnight check dia cakap pernah dtg tak takde pun nama dan suami panel apa ye ? I rasa dorang ni malas nak carik atau buta .i cakap pelik la takde cards tetiba takde so ade ke takde cards i memang datang nak medical tq
Feeling angry pon ade, always go to hasnida clinic this is weird she has a staff nurse all the bad services near the patient to how? During the day I came to check the name of ade je my cards but last night check he said he never came without any name and what is the husband of the panel? I think this guy is lazy to tear or blind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to this clinic because of how professional Doctor Hatta is.
However, Doctor Hasnida should REALLY work on her PR skills with patients and learn abt treatment explanation to patients from Doctor Hatta.
I was suffering from 1+ week of my throat being sore and came there for a visit and she didn’t even explain on my illness, just said that “u need antibiotic for it”. And i also requested for a GL for another medical issue which she sarcastically smirk and mock on my decision to make my GL an open GL which i feel was quite RUDE of her(i didnt even ask or wanted her opinion on my other medical issue).
Well, posting this with hope that someone from the clinic would notice and educate her, but i doubt this will be heard by a doctor with a big ego.?
