★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service of rubbish collection. Suppose to be 3 times per week. This week came only once (Tuesday) why ?? Next collection schedule is Tuesday that means my rubbish is piling up for 6 days ???

Called the office several times to make a report/complaint that sidewalks, grass areas were not swept, cleaned, cut but no one ever answers. I start to wonder if anyone is actually working or every hour is tea break hour. Taman Klang Jaya area has been in its worst condition since KDEB took over - rubbishes are piling up, grasses kept growing and are left uncut. Plus, even if KDEB staff cuts them, they barely sweeps the place clean - rubbishes are left to pile, pile, and pile. Please do a better job, KDEB. We are disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection of rubbish in our area in Subang Jaya used to be 3 times weekly. Ever since it's been contracted to KDEB from 1st Jan 2019, the collection was a mess and reduced to once a week and the smell from rotting uncollected rubbish was unbearable. This is totally unacceptable as the hot and humid weather in our country cannot tolerate poor waste management collection services.
Update: From 3rd week Jan, the collection is now back to 3 times weekly with changes to collection days, hopefully for the better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I informed KDEB via Facebook requesting to assist on clearing the massive, bulky dried coconut leaves infront of my house. (KDEB lorry driver informed me that he couldn't pick it up today as he has other locations to collect garbage)
And they replied within 40 minutes, PIC Mr. Azwan and Mr. Faliq called and spoke to me.
KDEB driver picked it up after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with this company.( If there is a no star I would give it so) First of all, one of the employee from this company came to my house and pointing out this few points due to we trim some of our plants and threw it near to the road side as is more convenient for them to collect but they said is too much till the whole lorry may be occupied.
First, he said he need to collect rm100 in order for them to collect all the trimmings which we did negotiate to reduce to rm50 (by right we should not pay as government already provided rm42 juta to this company to keep the areas clean) so why should we pay them?
Secondly, he told us that if we don't find a way to throw the triming away then MBPJ will come and fine us for RM1000 (why should the MBPJ fine us if they don't collect them? Shouldn't the company has the responsibility on this?)
Thirdly, he came to my house for more than 6 times to deal with this however he did not provide solution he just argue for the sake of the rasuah (RM100) This week, Thursday he came to our house again to argue and take photos. We nicely packed the trimming brunches into bags in oder for them to collect it easily, but the lorry came and look then went off (May I know what's the purpose of them to do so? Shouldn't they take it away, as we already did our parts to organize the trimmings for them)
So now, may I know what's the solution from this company to us, we have wasted our 2 weeks time on this issue but still nothing is resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish collection lorry (No.44) came in the morning today (2/5/2022, Bdr Kinrara 5). These fellows don't take and put the rubbish bags properly into the lorry. See the pics. Its a t-shirt and a baby diaper left on the road this time!
What's the point spending money on rubbish bag when the first thing they do is split it open and look for items? Might as well just leave the rubbish in the garbage bin and let them dump it into the lorry and sort things out themselves. The rubbish is all over the road and its messy. It starts to smell and the crows are all over the place. I have told them before not to do it yet it doesn't get into their ears.
KDEB, round these fellows and give them a strong warning to take the rubbish and dispose it properly. The roads become a rubbish dump. I see other roads in the area having the same issue. Not clean when doing the work.
