The person chairing our claim for refund of agency fees did not even consider our efforts and supporting documents before rejecting our claims. He wanted claimant to either submit claim letter to the agent directly, or to her registered address. However, if the agent is a scammer, she will not accept the claim letter by saying they moved out. How is that gonna work? These guys at this department supposed to protect consumer but it seems they are protecting the scammers. No wonder the agent is cheating owners continuously without being caught by the authorities bcoz there's so many loopholes
