★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tribunal paling tak berguna. Nama tribunal pengguna tetapi dah beberapa kali claim, presiden bangang tak berotak bagai nak mempertahankan penjual. Kebodohan sistem tribunal kalau macam ni punya standard, sila tutup dan jangan buang masa penuntut. Dah lah masa dan duit sudah ditipu, masuk tribunal ingat boleh menolong tapi di tindas pulak. Presiden membicarakan kes langsung tidak peduli Consumer Act 1999 tetapi cuma mengunakan fikiran sendiri suka hati.

 The most useless tribunal. The name of the consumer tribunal, but it has been claimed several times, the president is not brainy as if he wants to defend the seller. The stupidity of the tribunal system, if it has a standard like this, please close it and don't waste students' time. It's time and money has been cheated, go to the tribunal remembering that you can help but you are oppressed. The President is talking about a direct case of not caring about the Consumer Act 1999 but just using his own mind to please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst tribunal session I ever cones across. The so called judge interested in technicality instead of facts and common sense. Documents must be presented and receivec by offender and in this case, Scamming Maid Agent @ Lizzy. Do you think a Scammer will be waiting to accept documents that will proved her guilty. And obviously, she will use faked address to ensure such legal documents don't reach her. Correspondence vide What's App not acceptable despite her agreeing to make the refund. If the Tribunal is not protecting the consumer, best to change name. The judge not keen to even look at all the evidences including 10 police reports made by other victims by same agent. And she is still at large using a different name to further enhance her scammed to would be victims. She knows the loopholes and that's why she's still going aroung scamming other home owners. To me, it's a waste of time. Infact, our appointment was at 9am but turn out to be 9.40am. Punctuality is not important for this department. Now tell me, how are we to get oyr money back of scamming agent blocked our number, refused to accept documents and use a faked address. Surely tribunal can guide victims to make their case valid and successful. We spent long man hours to nabbed this scammer but as she's so well versed with the system, more victims will be scammed. I would have sacked the person who handled this case bcoz he simply made up his mind that we don't meet tribunal requirements. In fact, to save taxpayers funds, best to inform us in advance not to come until every formality is met.
