โ โ โ โ โ I went to Kim with chronic tightness on the entire right side of my body. I had shoulder, neck, lower back pain. After a few session; my body felt more balanced; the pressure on the right is alleviated and the tightness/ pain gradually improved.
Kim provided simple mobility workout for self practise and always explain with โwhy, when, howโ. She is never selfish with her knowledge.

โ โ โ โ โ Ke is amazing. Have had upper back issues for a while and he's really helped. He does deep tissue/sports massage and helps great at identifying pain points and releasing the tension. He also provides exercises to do at home for permanent solutions. Highly recommended!
