★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staff should ask the customer if they have any orders before they cut the chicken into portions. I've been to this store for the first time and am not very familiar with their SOP. They should have asked me if I wanted the chicken purchased without being cut or otherwise. As a result, I had to buy 2 sets of chickens because the first set was cut. But without any doubt, the chicken is delicious.
