β β β β β Firstly. The tables were so so so so so sticky. Even after the staff wiped it down it was still sticky. She just used a dirty cloth to wipe so there was no difference whatsoever. Even the chairs are sticky. Like what ?! Cleanliness is Number 1. Im giving this place 3 stars just because the chicken was so good and tender. The bottomless drink were so bad. The Coke doesβnt even taste like coke. Its like mixture of coke & water & sugar. I mean come on. What are you trying to save on ? Come on Nandos. You are one of my Fav restaurant. Stop Dissapointing your customers.

β β β β β Poor service....firstly you order online, which is fair enough but are then told to pay before they can cook your food. Not great if you want to add something later such as desert - we actually left and had desert elsewhere.
Order six dinners and they come out one at a time about 5 minutes a part. If a family goes out to dinner together they expect to eat together.
Fries were cold and tasteless.

β β β β β What can I say about Nando's? It's all about the chicken and how it is grilled. Usually can't go wrong when comes to the way Nando's prepare them. It's juicy and it's tasty. We can dine-in now Service is pretty fast. Hope they maintain the consistency. ??

β β β β β Dirty environment, no proper SOP, poor customer service! Simply use wet tissue to wipe the table and it turns into dark tissue immediately! can see they never wipe other empty tables too!

β β β β β 1. Certain table is not given to customers, apparently they use it to put their own staffs. Lame excuse is given to stop us from using it, they said "you have only small grp" (we have 5pax), and apparently other tables of the same size have less than 5pax sitting!
2. Garlic bread is charred. See pic. So we end up eating less than the actual portion. We mentioned to the waiter and he just shrugged and left.
3. Dirty tables with leftover food particles. When we asked them to wipe it, they did, BUT... After all is done, the food particles are still there!!!
4. The only reason to go there is because the food (other than the bread so far) is by far the nicest amongst all other nando branches, for some reason. So you are better off getting dine-out delivery than dine-in option.
