★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Lucky have staff help on the new order system otherwise doesn't know how to order online with using the existing nandos apps and collect chili's. The mobile data inside shop is terrible, be prepare and test 1st or connect to mall wifi before place order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard of food quality management is poor. Spicy rice was hard / mild cold. Peri fries was the same as well. Not even hot. Absolute disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new ordering system is like a food court where you pay before order goes to kitchen. Used to be good when they had table service. The bottomless drinks counter only 1, so have to queue also. maybe they should set up at food court as it suits their operation model better.

Staff being unprofessional by playing around until one staff dragged the other down onto the ground, rolling and laughing out loud as customers are trying to eat/walk out the restaurant. She even refused to get up as I was walking out the restaurant but to glare (at least say thanks even if you're lazy to get up. I get you're having fun with your colleagues but that's not the SOP). How unpleasant, I've never encountered such childish behavior before by a restaurant's staff. ?
The rice is a plain rice lol. Should change from Mediterranean rice to plain rice then. Lol. I guess it's fine for them since it's edible and I did finish it, it's just not what I ordered.
I wasn't bothered much, neither did Nandos even after I left them a feedback. Rip. Either way I still like Nandos. Just not the experience at this outlet. ??♀
