★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today only be outcast by the store manager, Sopiah or watever her name was. I remember her cause of her glasses. I queue to entered the ring section, a local lady cut my queue, spoke in her Terengganu dialect and she was served warmly while when I asked to view a particular ring, was just handed with a cold shoulders and no explanation. I get that there was a lot of people, but your customer service sucks. Took my money to other gold shops around pasar payang. By the way, the way they lay the jewellery is incredibly messy. Difficult to view behind the glass casing. Cleary has no system whatsoever.
