★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff and helpful, recommending places that suited my interests. I also booked here a 3h tour around Kota Bharu with Mr. Roselan, visiting some very local hidden gems, which I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to Kelantan and needed more information regarding Kelantan. Asked around the Kelantanese about Fireflies Village and nobody could assist us. Thus, went to this Pusat Penerangan Kelantan and the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. They are very informative as well and they knew the Fireflies Village. Do pay a visit to this office if you happen to visit Kelantan.
