★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with sevenseas boat to perhentian. was told the boat departing at 8.30am, waited at the jetty on time, but the boat only arrived around 9am, and finally departed around 9.40am. I am pretty sure this has nothing to do with SOP/marine authority, its merely bad management and coordination from the operator. Same to return trip to besut, was told to be punctual as boat will not wait, so we got ready on time, but waited for other late comer for about 30 mins. punctual does matter. + operator dont bother to wear face mask also
While waited for sevenseas boat, seen many other operator come and go without much hassle and trouble like ours with sevenseas. time wasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truly amazing transportation experience i had. Seven Seas make my journey all the way from Kota Bahru Airport to Perhentian Island smooth as silk.
The pick up driver so profesional handle their vehicles also help me to adjust my baggage at the back of pick up. Usually i done by myself but with seven seas they will handle and do it for you. Amazing!!!
The speed boat really make me enjoy my journey and vacation at Perhentian Island. Thanks and kuddos to Mr Yoe for the good service and answering all my question politely. He is a nice guy. Anybody who read my comment can looking for Mr Yoe if u had any curiosity about transportation service to Perhentian Island.
Add on, Seven Seas also provide return pickup from airport to jetty and return speed boat or ferries from jetty to island.
What a wonderful experience tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service, staff are friendly and attentive towards customer need’s. Boat schedule are flexible and tailored to customers arrival to the jetty. The office located near to jetty, can be easily identified by the yellow signboards, and convenience shops are nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The boat ticket is 1pm, the staff asked passengers to wait. Passengers want to take lunch, and the staff ask us to wait at jetty. The jetty boarding is dangerous. And they have not provided life jacket for passengers.
