★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali pertama dtg.. layanan dr staff perempuan bhgn kaunter dan doktor yang merawat (lelaki) pun baik.. Servis mmg ok.
 The first time came .. the service from the female staff at the counter and the doctor who treated (the man) was also good .. The service was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOCTOR KURANG AJAR, CAKAP NAK BARAN, TAK RETI CAKAP ELOK2... NAMA DOCTOR TU DR K KIRTHI JEYARAJAH, TAKPAYAH JADI DOCTOR KALAU LAYAN PESAKIT PUN NAK MARAH2 BARAN2, RECEPTIONIST PUN DUA KALI LIMA JE, TAK PAHAM AKU.
DOCTOR IS UNEDUCATED, SAYS HE WANTS TO BE ANGRY, HE DOESN'T WANT TO SAY ELOK2 ... THE DOCTOR'S NAME IS DR K KIRTHI JEYARAJAH, HE DOESN'T NEED TO BE A DOCTOR IF HE SERVES PATIENTS AND WANTS TO BE ANGRY, RECEPTIONIST IS TWICE FIVE JE, I DON'T UNDERSTAND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not deserve to even have one star...poor hygiene..the toilet is worst thn a public toilet..no tissue no soap no sanitizer..when u plush the poop inside the toilet bowl is rising up...worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dtg last Saturday, tengah mlm.. attend by staff india.. and the doctor also indian lady..my guy was sick siang demam,bile mlm sendi makin sakit, tonsil bengkak sikit, temp was normal.. she told us to come back again in 2days if still fever for blood test..we came today around 12:30pm and the staff attended is malay lady, masuk sy senyum, die langsung x senyum balik..then I was like okay, then die panggil masuk bilik Doctor, punye lah kuat music dlm bilik doctor tu, my guy told me the doctor was listening YouTube, without pause or reduce the volume and start checking. And the staff checking the temp. And then we inform him the doctor was checked him on Saturday night, asking to come back if still fever, to do blood test.. and guess what he told us.. ' tak demam, Nk buat Test ape, and very obviously, when I touch my guy, his body very warm and give sign of fever' and ofcos today is Monday and he req for MC..and the doctor said ' sy tahu lah awk dtg Nk MC' Dengan nada yg sngt rude, sambil tunjuk pintu keluar..ewah ewah, kau ckp mcm my guy tak sakit saje dtg Nk MC.. checked temp bukan yg manual.. can u please use the manual one. Kalau Die tak demam aku pon tak suruh die dtg lah.. Sebab aku pon nurse, tak kan saje dtg Nk MC tapi tak sakit. Then tunggu ubat, die panggil, tnye berape his reading, and she said it's was normal and I said like seriously... die demam kot, badan panas sendi semua sakit and the temp normal?? Pakai manual lah kak oiii..Sebab sy nampak yg manual punye tu..x pakai time ni Nk buat pekasam keeeee!!! No wonder lah tak de org.. one more thing, even his insurance paid, it's still money dude..still do the payment.. we not asking the treatment for FREE.. obviously I won't come back here and please increase ur service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 10.10pm, when i was about to hand in my ic for registration, the Indian lady at the counter said, doctor tak ada, rehat sampai 11pm, i was like, ok i can wait since i am staying far away. Then at 10.23, the lady asked again (rudely) are you going to wait until 11pm, i answered yes. Only then she asked for my ic and worker's id. Clearly the doctor was inside and i am not sure if they are too lazy to serve me or what. I just need some medicine after a long day work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my medical checkup for a job placement here, the nurses were quick and accurate with their jobs, and they were patient and kind to me when I asked questions. One of them took my blood sample with one try and left me with the smallest needle wound. The doctor is oldschool, but at least he does his job well. For a rather run downed clinic, they have most facilities that standard clinics do not have e.g x-ray, dentist, surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor and the staff here is so rude… i already took Rtk last week, and negative , the second day i got a worse symptoms, my supervisor said i need to take a mc for me to do a quarantine at home only. Since klinik templer is near to my house and oso one of my company clinik panel. Then i come there, the doctor said i just want an mc. Im not sick at all, they refuse to gv me mc. And being rude to me.. Then its okay, i just quarantine myself at home as a unpaid leave(since im not yet confirm) And yesterday i come to work, and do rtk before come to the office, and turned out im positive covid.. really bad experience here ?????? dont come heree..
