Patrolling guards really do their duties round the clock, rain or shine. Every unannounced visitor is carefully screened before they are allowed into the compound.
The entrance booth security officer will aslo call up the resident you intend to visit for verification. In other words, if you just want a quick look-see, you'll never get in.
There's a mini playground for kids and a limited parking space next to it for visitors. Most of the residents know one another and have formed a cordial, tight knit community.
I have a friend who lives here since 2010 and enjoy every time I get to sleep over at his home. The view at the cul-de-sac is wonderful, you can see the limestone quartz ridges where the Klang Gates Dam is located.
