★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friendly community of 200 units in a low rise condo. A quiet location in the centre of Kemensah Heights, a safe and comfortable residential area. We've been owners for 13 years and love living here. The 50 foot long pool is very well kept. Adjacent location to Taman Melawati gives easy access to the new Mall, with 8 floors of retail outlets, 5 parking levels inside and a free outdoor parking lot.
