★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in Dec 2020. Main extrance from NS highway exit is closed. Have to turn right in the first traffic light to use the emergency entrance. Free and ample parking. Sign to guide visitors is not very clear. Registration is quick. Pleasant n clean environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly staffs, kinda new KPJ hospital (even though been around for quite a few years already) thus very quite and less crowded. Been here for me, my wife and daughter so far everything was good. Doc Rishda, Doc Fadri and Doc Zul are very nice and friendly in providing thier consultations ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient staff at emergency dept, swift process for my daughter admission. ty dr connie and paediatric staffs, albeit i think improvement should be made for outpatient visit. for instance, signage is abit confusing and no staffs were there to assist patient right frm the entrance so it's quite troublesome for first time patient. but overall, good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficient staff almost in each department. Insurance clearance process takes ages and is completely different from other hospitals.
Intermittent WiFi connectivity, took them 5 hours to fix the TV.
I was not provided final bills during discharge. Even after follow up with their billing department, and email to customer service, they yet to respond to me.

Big Problem is navigating inside building. Interior design all same colour wall, same face also lack of signage. Its like maze, very inefficient communication in terms of telling direction in and out. Need to change wall paint colour for easy identification

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once came here for IPONATIC covid test and medical checkup for work. I must say that the process is faster than I expected. The front desk security and healthcare assistant at ED greet me politely and assist in everything I asked for. The result was e-mailed to me less than 24hrs. Kudos to all. Keep up the good work. I will surely recommends this hospital to any of my relative and friends.
