1. 这里网线最高只能收30mbps，在家上网工作，很不方便。
2. 网购的物件会无言无辜不见。
3. 电梯有两个，一个是货物电梯，一个是乘坐的，可是工人竟然用乘坐的电梯承载垃圾推车。太不卫生了。
4. Guard太没有礼貌。还会对住客不理不睬，发脾气。
 Stayed here for 2 months, refunded immediately and moved away.
1. The network cable here can only accept up to 30mbps. It is very inconvenient to work online at home.
2. Items purchased online will be silent and innocent.
3. There are two elevators, one is a cargo elevator, and the other is for passengers. However, the workers used the elevator to carry garbage carts. It's too unhygienic.
4. Guard is too rude. Will also ignore the residents and lose their temper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, but not that safe with the parcels. It was better before when guards checks the names of the receiver. There's a thief that takes small items at lobby table. Even if there's cctv, this thief is not scared. I hope one day this thief gets caught. I lost some items twice. Not only me became a victim. There were others too. If I get the time, I will report and ask if I can see the cctv footage. Must catch this thief...
