★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kfc is kfc, malaysian favorite fried chicken ? place. They always has a stock for any new food here but i think they lack in staff. The cashier have to attend the counter and kitchen.

It is Kentucky Fried Chicken but there are no chickens selling. Other than that, the fries are changed to wedges, that's fine for me, but at least please give the same size of the wedges, even some of the wedges are not completely cooked.
Additionally, the cashier has a very bad attitude and service. Not just making the wrong order, and also forgot to complete my order.
Here's my comments here, highly not recommended to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty KFC outlet, the food served cold as stone. Especially for my colonel burger and fries. Dont know how long ago they cooked. Isnt F&B sector has SOP that you should discard your food after it cooked and leave for few hours? The hand washing area also very funny, first time seeing naked pipe and added water hand wash. There is no good restaurant at aeon, very fed up for these kind of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HS fried chickens ordered for dinner dine in were good. Service was just acceptable. Restaurant obviously understaff but staff seem doing their best to serve the customers. Customers might be able to do little favour by doing self clearing of what they had on the table, right after dined in.

Odered chicken breast, but was served thigh instead. And look at the pathetic amount of fries…. ?♂️ this is one of the worst kfc i have ever visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -1 star for this outlet. The staffs here working speed like sloths. Fast food means to be fast, but they took thousand years to prepare the food and keep customers waiting. NOT RECOMMENDED for this outlet unless you’re too free. Not even worth one star!
