★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here around 7.50pm and ordered my food at 8pm and I was not informed about the dine in will be closed at 8.45 pm. The manager was grumbling that we are the only customer in the outlet since everyone left and we're last one and started to show angry face towards us. This happened around 8.20pm.Feeling uncomfortable, we stopped eating halfway and packed our food back to home instead of being stared while we're eating. We informed this to one of the staff. The staff mentioned their manager is tensed because there's alot of customers today. I don't think this right. Do not show your tensed towards customers. The staff or manager should have informed us that they will close the dine in at 8.45 pm before we order the food. The outlet is not being lead by a good manager. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Taste wise is average. The soup is made of powder as U can sometimes taste lumps of powder. Takeaway is worth it but just the normal Favourites flavour. For some isl flavour is more worth it to order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet practically is 20% seated and had Terrible dine in service in this Pizza Hut outlet. The staffs are attentive towards the Grab or Food panda delivery than dine in service. Staffs are not alert and waited for the second pizza more than 15 mins after the first pizza. And the price of the package is not value for money compares to Domino as the Pizza is rather small. In the package there’s fudge cake but sold out. I wonder how come they don’t refill. Simply my thought this outlet are not properly led by a good manager. Thumbs down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New system of ordering is malfunctioning. Spent 30 minutes to order, 3 times and all orders keeps cancelled. End up need to manually order to the staff. 1st customer to enter, end up waiting for so long. Please recheck your online based order system as the menu are also confusing to use. As always the menu are great. Loved the Cheesy Hot Chicken Pizza.
