★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is small. The staffs are lacking of customer service. Don’t greet and bring baby chair to us like other Oldtown shops. You have to wave like crazy to get their attention for order, I always have to bring the order chit to them.
The food is not equal amount all the time: sometimes hor fun in the chicken hor hun is so much that 2 of my kids can’t finish 1 bowl. Sometimes they forgot to put the prawns in and when you tell them, they look at the bowl like you already ate the prawns and ask for more.
Today there was something like a part of broken cockroach’s leg in my rice (I forgot to take picture as my son was playing with it) . I let them know and then they started to take it out, squished it, did anything like playing kid dough in front of my eyes without any communication to me. I had to tell them take my plate away and didnt bring the new plate to me. They didn’t say any sorry, didn’t give any explanation. Lastly, they charged me full price. Yeah, good on you! Never come back to this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a smaller sized cafe with less than 15 tables but serve the usual standard chain store menu found in the other bigger Cafe. clean and neat. ordering is through an online apllication designed for the cafe. fast service. not too many customer due to the current pandemic
