fast and clean.. they always inform customer early before order if some menu already sold out so customer can think to order something else instead of scrolling the menu and take time longer..

Most of the item in the menu was already finished when i get there.i just grab anything that left, not really crowded, quite good ambience to eat..

Very bad experience. Went there twice..you jual ayam but ayam takdeee.I need to wait for one hour for SEKETUL ayam..doesnt make sense!!!! Next time you jgn jual ayam la...jual sayur saja..what a bad service!!!!!!! The cashier also buat kerja like mcm tak makan je..need a lot of effort to improve this restaurant

Hi KFC, I would like to lodge a report of a Complaint about the Floor Services on yesterday (10th of June 2022). When I was taking a look at the menu on the Self-Service Kiosk, there's one Floor Service Waiter was very rude and not nice when serving and treating us. When she saw me, she instantly asked: "Makan Sini atau Bungkus?" in an unappropriated way. I replied her by telling just take a look only, and asked her: "Do you still have Loaded Potato Bowl right now?" She didn't even take it serious to think and just replied: "NO!" I was then annoyed, if at the point of time do not have stock, she should have told me in a proper way, not by yelling. After that, I went to the Service Counter and only would like to ask for another person regarding about the Loaded Potato Bowl. I did aware that the Service Counter is not for Ordering, but I just wanted to Double Confirm for the things I wanted. After that, the Service Counter replied me: "Yes, we do have for now." But I was very confused, then I ask again: "Why does one of your staff said to me that there's no Loaded Potato Bowl?" She was also confused. I ask the rude staff once again" Why you said to me there's no Loaded Potato Bowl at the beginning?" She denied my statement and replied: "Who said? I didn't say that kind of thing!" Hence, I was very irritated. At the end, I decide to stop ordering from the Taman Maluri Outlet anymore. Unless, your Higher Management Team update for me, what are the Actions you will taken on the Staff. This are the Complaint that I would highlight to you. In A Conclusion, my Girlfriend and I was very unpleased for the Service on that time. Do inform me via E-Mail to my E-Mail Address as soon as possible. Thank you.

They always close early at 8pm for dine in and only allowed to take out after 8pm when they supposed to closed at 10pm. kfc menagement should take this matter seriously as there are not many staffs there. the person whos take the order are the one packing the food and all that as they were short staff. went before and they had like 5-6 people infront but now only 1 person. i felt bad for the cashier boys as many customers mad at him because it took so long to receive orders.kfc is fast food chain but i dont think its fast food anymore.they always dont have enough chicken and many menus out of stocks including chili sauce!!.. management should look for other incentives on how to get young people working there again.

Closing time they tell at 10 pm but never got any services if visit after 8. Always they close their service within 8.30 and after that always don’t have chicken. Other than this everything is fine. Environment is amazing. Love to visit there again.

We ordered the meal from a digital booth. Clearly stated on the receipt serve with REGULAR fries. Walk up to the counter to claim our order, we dont see fries. I ask the Asked the staff about fries, they showed the memo (which is displayed on the counter) No communication at all!!!!!!!!!! There is no heads up stating shortage of fries, they decided to replace with nuggets without informing us in advance.
