★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in here to try the new Nacho Cheesy Crunch Fried Chicken, which is available only as a meal, with a side of coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy & loads of melted cheese. The fried chicken had tiny nachos as a coating, tasted fabulous, much of a novelty, in reality contained much less nachos coating than what’s shown in the advertisement ☺️ The sides were beautiful, especially the mango peach drink, it’s my new favourite.

Me going to order the food just cancelled the order and took my bags walked out, I think this is not the way a manager should treat a customer

This evening after work around 5.30 went to this KFC branch ...the worse
I ordered for *snack Plate* he gave me only 2 piece chicken
The worse part the chicken damm hard
Honestly speaking ....I was in a hunger...
Feel like throw the chicken on his face if he is infront ...but I respect the food
Just imagine why the quality control is not there
Better than Mc.D chicken...Marry Brown....
Oh god
The money we spent not worth for this kind of food after this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly one of the worst KFC experiences I've ever had, in Malaysia or anywhere else. My friend and I are both foreigners in Malaysia. As soon as we walked in and up to the counter, we were treated rudely. The guy who took our orders didn't greet us; instead he slumped against the wall, sneered at us, and mumbled through the ordering process. We also got indifferent responses from other staff members when we asked questions.

Very bad about the staff who served the food at the counter...
The cheese which I added on to the menu, it smells like spoiled.
I visited many KFC's in KL, but never had a bad staff behaviour like this before...and food quality is not good like other KFC's in KL.
Not thought of giving a bad review..but not another option for me..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst taste ever, not like any kfc stores around KL I ate before, cold fried chicken burger, cheese like you just got it out of the fridge. Dont know how people keep in queue to buy food in this store. For me, the kfc in KLCC was an amazing one, hot chicken with cheese melted and everything just perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was incredibly rude to migrant workers. They constantly condescended and insulted migrant workers. Does KFC tolerate this xenophobic behavior. When I went to the store, and asked for chicken skin around 2:45pm (they were selling it). The cashier literally said, to my face, that there was no stock left. This KFC is utterly sub par and incredibly disappointing
