Cannot give proper service better dont work
Wanted to buy cake ..ended up not buying anything because of the rude sales assistant(worker)
Ps to the manager of this outlet please teach some customer service skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. You're ignored once you're seated.Long waits to take orders, long waits to prepare meals. The staffs just too busy with their own. Event though they only have 2 customers was eating there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for not spicy mee mamak and reminded twice and it still comes up spicy as normal. It is ridiculous as it was mentioned twice and reminded when the order repeated. My boy can't take spicy food and now we have to cook specifically for him due to this mistake. Really disappointing.
After 2 months of this review, still no improvement. Menu stated not spicy also comes out spicy. Might as well just mention all foods are spicy here at this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1) Horrible Outlet. As a long timer Secret Recipe almost daily eater, and having developed friends managing several Secret Recipe outlets :- This Bandar Saujana Putra Secret Recipe is one horrible outlet, with staff mostly do not care of customers & lazy body language.
(2) Most of the menus are always not available. You are not allowed to come before Lunch Hours to order any dishes BECAUSE :- kitchen still CLOSED and only fire-up at lunch. Almost NONE ala-carte before lunch as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a frequent diner here before pandemic. Came back from India and tried lunch after a long time. The service staff was polite but the food was the worst possible one! Please don’t order any fishes, if you do, you’ll be swimming in a salt filled food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top customer service especially door opening by a smiley ? staff politely greeting customers. Invited to register for C19. Marked Q while waiting to order. Quick order & service. Dining area on 1st floor with around 20 tables of various sizes. A container of self pump self service of 3 sauce. Non spicy with a hint of tandoori spice chicken coated chicken lightly drizzle chilli oil. Chicken was over frozen hence light dark bones. 2 standard sink & toilets. Choice of fan & air cond dining experience.
