★ ★ ★ ★ ★ literally, the worst kfc ever. service is very slow, one hours waiting for food to be ready. SOP is not maintained. many people in a row. it has more than 1 counter, but the workers are very stupid because they only open 1 counter. what is the use of another counter? always wrong to give our order. order mashed potatoes but they don't give a spoon.funny. please improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is not professional and some of the staffs are lazing of during rush hours. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes cause the staffs were talking while doing their jobs and there's a coughing Muslim lady who refused to wear a mask
