★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't order at the counter, there are only 2 self-serve machines to order, n they serve only cashless payments. So if u have loads of cash (but no credit cards or ewallet) and wanna spend lotsa money at this restaurant u can't. The service is also very very very very very slow n poor. In here, customers aren't important, the workers have all the say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious dining area with convenient big parking lot at the back of the lot, however service is a little slow, as with most KFC.
Follow SOP tightly, only 1 person suppose to be waiting for food before you are allowed in to order which i felt a bit too much as there are ample queue space inside.
Had the Atuk Nasi Lemak for the very first time, felt there is not enough sambal. Taste wise is acceptable but nothing to shout about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big place with lot of seating. Nice for a group of people to hangout. Quite busy during it peak hours, which is 1 to 2 hour before and after lunch.
Recommended after evening as the surroundings are commercial district/zone.

The worst service ever, Don’t go there ! they are the worst liars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service ever and bas experience for me. The staffs no service the customer, no prepare the food with rapidly, they still selfish doing self thing and ignore the waiting customer. They do not assign the work respectively, all the staffs not serve the dine in counter customer, they all just preparing the pick up and online order. Lastly, they don't have chicken breast, just have small size drumsticks and small size wing.
