★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you order from FoodPanda I can guarantee you will always get it late. It will take people from tgis branch 30-45 minutes to pack your order only. KFC should check this branch. Staff there works like they couldn't give a care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered KFC almost everyday, & normally I can tolerate. But today i wish to review. Tesco Mutiara Damansara outlet always giving worst services ever. Today the nuggets was packed in fries pouch & got mixed up with fries in a plastic bag.& the ala carte chicken was all mixed in a box. customers pay for food, sadly upon received all got mixed up like dogs foods most of the time.

Ordered 3 pieces of Golden egg crunch set, I love taste! So good but the price was a little bit expensive.

2. Sink was firty and had no soap.
3. Ketchup not refilled. Given packets which were most likely given to customers which were unfinished as it was oily, greasy and had either ketchup or chili sauce leftover on the outside.
This outly or franchise does not live up to KFC standards at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Months ago, packed 9 pc combo original chicken.the meats were extremly dried and tough. It was obvious over fried meat and perhaps left over from previous night. Reheat and serve to customer? I called the outlet and notified the manager, she careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously if I could give a zero star , I would have definitely given that... seriously guys we are paying for our food and we should not be given extremely compromised low quality of food... the set ordered came with super dry colonel burger stuffed with lettuce all messed up and the chicken piece was super hard and tasted so bad that I felt those pieces of chicken in mamak shop are of better quality yea.. and the highlight to it is the life brand chili sauce was so watery even water was ever thicker I think....
So KFC I have no idea why are the standard and quality going down, do something or you will missing from the food chain soon....
