★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was SO hungry. Drove out for KFC takeaway. Order counter was efficient while pick up counter was in a disarray. Waited for about half an hour at the pickup counter for my dinner plate takeaway. Drove back home. Found out that they gave only two pieces of chicken instead of three pieces! I was so sad to discover that I paid more than what I should be getting :-(
Perhaps I won't be that sad if I was not that hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC supervisor should play a role if there is any circumstances happen which causing delay in meal preparation and not to just sit back and hide inside without explanation. Numbering system is not taily with the preparation. How come the no 10 can get the chicken first but the no 1 didnt? Queing numbers must be followed, not to be skipped as u please and let us waiting 50mins while the next next next number already get their order done, same chicken menu afterall. Right after we had the meal, then only one of the staff mentioned that the frying machine was broken down causing delay in frying chickens. I wish the supervisor could tell us earlier to avoid people's mocking for the delay. Should improve in future. And as it is a new outlet, can possible avoid taking ALL new staff in motion. It's hard to watch them struggle to cope with the orders. No guidance at all. Where are your experienced staff? Supervisor has gone missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC cyber Valley Drive thru just open on 13/12/2019 free standing restaurant, drive thru restaurant, toilet , prayers room male and female available, serve breakfast meal and mid nite meal. Easy excess from main road.
