As for ordering via kiosk, perhaps the management should increase the number of kiosk machine to prevent congestion at main entrance...or relocate the machines from main entrance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst McD I've experienced in my whole life! Drive thru about more than 40mins. Restaurant is not yet operating at 8am eventhough it's 24hrs. Better tutup jela. Doesn't even deserve 1-star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those customers who ordered later got their food first.somwthing really wrong with their system.i was there waiting for 40 min just for the milo while other order already there on the counter. Numbering system never works. Some people never got their order after 1 hour. THe worst managed mcdonald ever. The manager there should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been waiting more than 15 mins ,no sign of my paper bag ,but the screen show the order is completed .and remove from the screen ,same goes to all the other orders,saw the manager just clicking the order away from the screen .what a way to maintain your KPI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat and tidy outlet. Quarter Pounder with Cheese burger no longer juicy and thick patty like they launch it last time. It is dry, small patty. Feeling like got cheated. I will zero star if Google map allow.
