★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order kfc online.but the kfc pack by kfc setia branch.the staff didn't give any chilli.. sauce,no spoon and the drink full of ice.they should the staff train the staff what to give customer.so customer will not regret to order the chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i nak marah , tapi i kene sabar ? . call kfc sebab dah 1 jam tnggu order tk smpai smpai . i order thru grab , and they told me dlm sistem tkdapat order i tu . how can it be ya ? i waited too long but i tk blame kfc , maybe it's system error or breakdown . lepas i call kfc , they cepat cepat solve the problem and ask their rider to send my orders and even bagi lebih as apologize . its okay i still love kfc ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff stand still and did not tell us to wait making the customers wander around like idiots. I called them but they ignored me. Waited like 45 minutes. Then one of them came to collect my order. Not a very pleasant experience. KFC staff should have done it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, all fast food joints shd follow at least 80% of the 3Cs - consistency, continuity & certainty. So a bit sad that this particular KFC fell somewhat short of the benchmark. While the location is very convenient along the EDL and serves as a good stop from tired driving, the quality of the food is somewhat less than good. Usual first few bites into the chicken is brilliant, with the juicy aromatic skin ...but once its just the white meat,it became somewhat bland n dry. Quite different from KFC in other countries. Perhaps its the type of chicken they use here? Another downside is the washing and toilet facilities. Both could really be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with their service, the staff can't understand basic English i do not blame the staff but the management for not training them sufficiently well. The wait can be long. The drive thru speaker / mic gives me a headache.
