โ โ โ โ โ Not consistent speed n service. Sometimes fast. Today, only had 2 customers waiting in q n nobody dine in but had to wait & call out to staff to take order when they r just in front of us. Packing delivery order slowly n ignore physical customers.

โ โ โ โ โ This branch surprisingly still up to it's quality and the staffs were friendly and quick. Somehow the cleanliness still need to improve and maybe this branch under staff, cause some days only one counter open and the cashier will full hand, handling the chicken and the order at the same time. I hope the digital screen will be available soon. KFC now have different kind of menu and I like the bowl menu hoping KFC developed more in rice bowl. Totally love the loaded potato bowl as well. My favorite menu still double down and hope KFC sell them as main menu...maybe only in dreams...Hope KFC developed more tastier menu in future.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently ordered from KFC Taman Sri Sinar but few pieces of the chicken thigh is not cooked and still can see the blood!My son already ate few pieces but then only we noticed it was not cooked!Please improve your quality control as we paid so much just wanted to enjoy a nice fried chicken but ended up you gave us this kind of experienced!Frankly speaking the taste of the fried chicken at roadside is even better than you KFC!!!I have log in a complaint in the KFC website but until now also no response from the management!!!This is so called an international brand!!!!

I asked for root beer but still gave me pepsi black. Wth.
The queue board us useless. Lazy to update, make it manually.for sure I won't go here anymore

โ โ โ โ โ This is the kfc branches has terrible service ever.. You will get the super small piece of chicken ever in this branches. The fried chicken is like chick drumstick and thigh. Is this branches have different chicken supplier than other KFC branches?
