β β β β β If you really have to eat porridge, and it has to be βI love yoo!β porridge, get it from Lotus, Manjalara (formerly known as Tesco) outlet. This outletβs service is poor and slow! I was next in line, and a lady cut my queue, the staff saw it but still serve the lady first. When it was my turn to order, I waited 5 mins before the same staff took my order. There were total 2 customers and 4 staffs that day. Iβm not surprised to see so many bad reviews here.

Recently I went there for tau fu far and the portions were ok with the paper containers. Tho it wasn't full, I am aware those containers are bigger than the plastic ones. It was a slightly older lady serving me. So that was good.
So today being hopeful, I ordered 3 tau fu far again. This round was a younger lady with glasses. The container was changed to plastic which is smaller and the portions served were only half the container. Wow. Amazing. I don't think they should be running a business. Please just go to the one in tesco village mall even if it takes abit more effort.

I frequent i love yoo whenever i see them and have also been here several times.
1. The portions are always lesser. .. taufufar is probably 70% only compared to the other locations. The yau char kuai is also usually abit smaller. The chinese ladies who may or may not be the owners, seem quite stingy in the served portions.
2. They dont use their cash register which seems fishy to me.
Dont seem very customer oriented.

β β β β β The cashiers are pretty nasty especially when they canβt hear your order ? Then I realised that Iβve never been given receipts when purchasing from this stall ? Writing this review so that the owners are aware whatβs happening. Itβs a great place and I want it to continue to prosper but need to buck up on customer experience.

β β β β β Unfriendly staff, especially the main lady at the cashier. Also, I buy the I Love Yoo dry scallop porridge (ala carte) so often. Today I bought it from DPC outlet and they served it in a small container which wasnβt even filled up properly. when I asked why not serve in the usual container (which was right there), she said βthe normal container is just a bit bigger.β. Firstly thatβs not true, the normal container is a lot bigger, secondly, they were well aware that they gave me a small container while the usual container was right there. Thatβs just terrible and I will never come back again.

β β β β β Love this branch at desa park city. All food full n fresh. I can order as many I want. No need wait like Tesco/ Lotus branch. They open as early as 7:30am, so early compare other branches. So I can buy n bring back to office eat breakfast too..Like it so much...
