★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another fast food restaurant, used to be good deals, but not anymore.service is very very slow. Should be called slow service not fast food restaurant. Only one counter is open for about 20 customers. Amazing lazy staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered loaded potato bowl and ice Milo and waited for more than 30 minutes. The loaded potato bowl only half of the bowl and only have 4 pieces of chicken. I have ordered the loaded potato bowl on other outlets where normally is full capacity of the bowl. Very dissatisfied with the slow services and very small portion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I don't mean to be rude but i think this branch;'s service is horrible (garbage). Called a few times, they pick up the call and end the calls. My orders supposed to be 20-30 mins delivery. After 1 hour 10 mins, they still hasn;t contact me nor deliver to me. Terrible service. Not the first time by the way. Food always came cold!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provided very bad. The Malay women staff ordered wrong set for us even double confirm with us the set that we want and we informed to change after noticed the error. The most unhappy part is she just simply mentioned the set sold out after when we inform the error and without informing us before payment. Plus, she not even apologised to us for the error that she made or help us to settle it. Really disappointed to the service.
