I ordered The Shack Special. What a disappointing meal. Don't be fooled. This meal is not worth RM30. You get plenty of cheap lettuce, stingy amount of extras like seaweed and tomato. Predictably, the dish was garnished with another cheap extra, copious amount of fried shallots. There were cooked protein, salad and tuna. However, they aren't fresh either. Small amount too. They could have been more generous with the portion size of cooked protein. After all, the selling price is RM30..... It felt like there were lots of lettuce to make up for the lack of meat. Tacky business decision. You can have a nice meal with RM30 at other F&B outlets in the mall. This place is not in that league. -- I had plenty of poke bowls and salad elsewhere, and my expection for bad food dropped to new low with this abysmal meal. Plain awful. Not recommended.

My family and I were excited to learn that the Ghost Kitchen at Melawati Mall has opened but we waited till after the fasting month to go check it out. Unfortunately it was quite a disappointing visit. The cashier initially did not wear her mask properly that we needed to request that she does. After taking down our orders, we were told the food will be ready in 30 minutes. So we took the opportunity to get our groceries first. When we went to pick up our order, someone came out from the kitchen. I assumed it's the cook, and he told us we took the wrong food. I corrected him to say that the front staff handed the food to us. He took the bag and opened the box to check the wings, like literally touched the paper liner and looked at the wings closely to confirm that it was wrong order. And because I was already discouraged to wait for my order to be corrected, I asked for the refund. He and the cashier went back inside the restaurant for a few minutes to confer with another colleague for a few minutes and the cook went to the cashier counter to arrange our refund. The refund was passed to us without any apology. Our intention to support the new establishment was totally unwelcomed, at least that was how I felt. Nonetheless we took home the burgers and as we head home, I hope the burgers taste good.

Wings taste good, the burgers too 5 stars. However, the japenese curry rice is really not up to standard. The chicken is as hard as rubber.

Ordered Mikey's pizza on grab , received a slize that nor looked or smelled right. Learned later it came from this kitchen. It shows a lack of corporate responsibility on Mikey's side as they license their name to this kitchen with no quality standards. This is a legitimate scam of people's money, running right out of our community mall.

The concept of the restaurant is nice. But having too much food choices with no specialty takes a toll on the food quality. I hate 2 things here: 1. The iced β€˜teh tarik’ is SO DILUTED. That I can’t even taste any tea just water & ice. It’s like I’m drinking iced water with added colour! I complained the first time and the waiter brought it back to the kitchen. The 2nd time it arrived, it still taste the same! I just got back from anger management class and I almost burst out to the waiter but I didn’t. But I feel bad about it. I feel like going to tealive after this. SERIOUSLY bad taste! 2. The crackers is NOT EVEN CRISPY! It’s as if it’s been laid out in the open for the air to take over the crispness. The chicken is thankfully nice. This is my first time trying and I won’t even go to this restaurant anymore. Maybe it’s really made by the ghost for the ghost and not for human consumption. It lacks authenticity & character. I’m the easiest person to pleased when it comes to food. But THIS? It SERIOUSLY needs a LOT of audit. Now I’m not even sure if the rest of the foods are even nice!

My Ghost Kitchen is a FnB business with multiple kitchen under one roof. Meaning you can order from a few different restaurants under 1 roof. Almost like a hawker stall but contactless. You can order from them online or dine in. Kopi panas was super sweet with condensed milk, I had to add water. The tarik ice was okay, a bit diluted. For rm4+ mamak is probably better. Chicken karaage don was okay, chicken is quite hard, not tender and not juicy. For rm19 better go to a Japanese restaurant for it. Just my honest opinion. Not bashing the outlet in anyways.

I admire the food court concept of this place which serves as a confluence of international cafes (14 and counting) to showcase their meals under one franchise. Food ranges from kopitiam based, pizza, dim sums, chicken wings, burgers and poke bowls. As overwhelming as it sounds I am speculative as to the standards that is applied to the meals they serve. Like how do they fit everything in one kitchen. I doubt it is of the same taste, value and experience if you were to eat at the individual restaurant. Nothing is fresh I presume. Food served were mediocre The indoor seating smelled abit off putting so we sat outside for fresh air. Place is suitable for big groups.

Love the food especially from the Canning Heritage Express and New York Pizza section. ?? To be honest, this is THE place where everybody can enjoy their choice of food from different cuisines: Chinese, Indonesian, Western, Italian, Malaysian and American. They have something for everyone ranging from pizzas, noodles, poke bowls, dumplings, wings, burgers and more. ? I really like the concept of a virtual food hall, enjoying food from different outlets under a single shop. ? However, service can be improved as sometimes there were slight mix-ups in the orders and the customers have to double-check their orders from time to time to ensure that they have received their correct orders. ? Staff are helpful with double-checking the orders and add-ons. ? Overall, i enjoyed visiting this outlet. Would love to come here again ? Thank you ?
